FAQ
Answers for operators
How we scope work, ship production systems, and partner with teams who need software that becomes the system of record.
Common questions
Palterion builds custom internal platforms, AI workflows, and operational software. Engagements are scoped to your environment, there is no public pricing page because every deployment is different.
Request a demoWhat does Palterion build?
We build mission-critical operational software: internal platforms (CRM, ERP, portals), AI workflow automation, deployment governance, and industry-specific command surfaces. Apollo, Argus, Forge, Pulse, and Graph are our product layers, most client work extends or composes those capabilities around your workflows.
How are projects scoped and priced?
Every engagement starts with your operational context, constraints, and the decisions the software must support. We scope in phases (discovery, build, rollout) with clear deliverables and ownership boundaries. Pricing is custom per project; request a demo and we will outline a path that fits your team and timeline.
Do you integrate with our existing tools?
Yes. We design around the systems you already run, email, CRMs, spreadsheets, ERPs, payment providers, and internal APIs. The goal is one operational layer, not another silo. Integrations and data migration are planned explicitly in scope.
How long does a typical engagement take?
Timelines depend on complexity. A focused MVP or internal tool can ship in weeks. Full platforms, multi-location rollouts, or AI workflow production deployments often run across months with phased releases. We prefer incremental delivery so operators see value before the final milestone.
Which industries do you focus on?
We work with operators in hospitality, real estate, logistics, manufacturing, private equity portfolio operations, and other operations-heavy environments. If your team runs on handoffs, approvals, and live operational data, we are likely a fit.
How does AI fit into your work?
We ship AI inside workflows, intake, routing, classification, approvals, and reporting, with human review where it matters. Argus is our AI workflow layer. We do not deliver demo chatbots; we deliver governed automation that operators can audit and trust.
Can we start with an MVP?
Yes. Many clients start with a narrow operational surface, one department, one property, one pipeline, and expand once the system of record is proven. We structure MVPs so they can grow into full platforms without a rewrite.
How do we get started?
Request a demo through our contact page. Share your operational context, current tools, and the decisions you need software to support. We will follow up with a discovery conversation and a recommended scope, no public pricing tiers, no generic proposal templates.
