Manufacturing operations had too many disconnected tools and manual handoffs across plant, office, finance, and client workflows.
Production batches, inventory, and accounting rarely agreed without a week of reconciliation.
Client-facing visibility was assembled manually from exports that were stale by the time they shipped.

Solution
We built a modular ERP with production batches, inventory controls, accounting summaries, HR/payroll visibility, facility operations, client dashboards, and RBAC.
Each module writes to the same operational model, plant events flow to inventory and finance without duplicate entry.
Client dashboards pull live production and shipment context instead of emailed spreadsheets.
